Welcome to Verbatim. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Verbatim mobile application provided by Ion Pulse Software, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
By downloading, installing, or using Verbatim, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and legally able to use this app.
Verbatim processes videos and related content on your device. You retain all rights to your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, edit, or export using the app and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
We do not access, store, or transmit your video content.
Certain features of the app may require a purchase or unlock.
Purchases are processed through Apple and managed via third-party services such as RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.
Unlocks may be associated with anonymized identifiers to enable functionality. These identifiers do not contain personal data or video content.
All purchases are subject to the terms and policies of Apple’s App Store.
Verbatim, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ion Pulse Software, LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use any part of the app outside its intended use without our prior written permission.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ion Pulse Software, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
